We currently ship to the below countries. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Working days: Monday to Friday.

International Shipping - 10 -15 days

Orders to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.

Orders to Australia are shipped via Australia Post.

Orders to Canada are shipped via Canada Post.

Orders to France are shipped via La Poste.

Orders to Germany are shipped via Deutsche Post.

Orders to Italy are shipped via Poste Italiane.

Orders to Spain are shipped via Correos.

Orders to other countries are shipped via their local postal service.

 HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include tracking the number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@soothinghome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
